POSTING AND BIDDING PROCEDURE. A. Notice of all vacancies which the Employer has determined to fill and/or newly created positions within their respective bargaining unit as defined in 1.1 shall be posted for five (5) business days on designated bulletin boards. Any such notice shall set forth the minimum requirements for the position.
