Faculty Lounge. A room shall be provided for use as a faculty lounge which will be furnished with tables, chairs, a refrigerator, microwave oven, phone (voice systems manager), and a computer with a printer at the expense of the Board for working and dining. The Board agrees to maintain the appliances in good working order. Vending machines will be provided as long as vendors are willing to supply the equipment. The profits from these designated machines will be administered by Association representatives in each school building and will be used for appropriate Social Activity Funds.
Faculty Lounge. The Employer will continue to provide a space for a Faculty Lounge. In the event that it is necessary to relocate it, the new space shall be approximately the same size and suitability. In the event that the Employer requires relocation, the Employer shall bear the costs of the relocation.
Faculty Lounge. An appropriately furnished room shall be reserved for the use of teachers as a faculty lounge. Although teachers shall be expected to exercise reasonable care in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of said lounge, it shall be cleaned weekly by the school's custodial staff.
Faculty Lounge. The Board shall continue to make available in each school a room or rooms appropriately furnished for use as a faculty lounge.
Faculty Lounge. The faculty will have a student-free faculty lounge in each school building. Coffee will be provided.

Faculty Lounge. A. The Board shall continue to provide an area in each school designated as a faculty lounge. Faculty lounges shall receive regular custodial care and maintenance.
B. 1. Profits from vending machines shall be expended pursuant to a policy and procedure adopted by a majority vote of school employees. This vote shall be taken prior to the spending of any profits. A statement reflecting income and expenditures of the monies shall be posted in the teachers' lounge by the principal, or designee, no later than one (1) week after the close of the Fall semester and no later than one (1) week prior to the close of the Spring semester. The records of such dispositions shall be available for inspection by teachers at reasonable times and after the giving of reasonable notice of a desire to inspect.
Faculty Lounge. Professional staff members shall have at least one enclosed room designated as a Faculty Lounge in each school. Professional staff members shall be permitted to have coffee making devices in the lounges. Use of refrigeration will be available for professional staff members.
