Posting of Routes. 1. Prior to sign up the company and the union will jointly identify routes that are not mirrored.
Posting of Routes. Notice of each route vacancy shall first be posted on Applitrack for five (5) days, until the end of the fifth (5th) day posted. Such notice shall set forth the estimated number of hours for that route, the area to be driven, the posting date, and the deadline date for applying. The application deadline date for a route vacancy will not precede the deadline date for its accompanying position vacancy. A copy shall be given to the Chapter Chairperson via email.
Posting of Routes. 6.2.2a Unassigned Route(s): Routes that have not been requested by the previous year’s driver and assigned by the Director of Transportation per the “Keeping Routes” section of the contract and new routes that have been established. No later than two (2) weeks prior to the August driver’s meeting, all available unassigned routes shall be posted for bidding and shall remain posted until 5:00pm the day of the driver meeting, at which time bidding shall be completed. All maps for the unassigned routes shall be available for drivers to review at this time. Management reserves the right to package routes. On the first day of school, all unassigned routes will become vacant routes. Last minute changes outside of TJA control will be discussed with the Teamsters prior to posting.

  • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies.   • Heating of Room Throughout the Term the Manager will provide a heating system sufficient to provide a comfortable temperature in the Room and will operate, maintain and repair that heating system. During any period in which the heating system is not functioning to the standards set out above, the Manager will use commercially reasonable efforts, after receiving notice of the deficiency, to have the system repaired and functioning as soon as may be possible in the circumstances. In no event however, is the Manager liable to the Resident for any consequential illness or discomfort and the Manager shall not be deemed to be in default of its obligations under this Agreement, so long as it is using commercially reasonable efforts to have the system repaired.

  • Posting of Shift Schedules (a) Shift and standby schedules shall be posted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the schedule to be worked and the schedule shall be for a minimum of two (2) weeks. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort not to change shifts. If the Employer changes the shift schedule within forty-eight (48) hours of the shift, the Employee(s) affected shall be entitled to overtime compensation for that shift.   • Electronic Posting of Notice of Intended Award Based on the evaluation, on the date indicated in the Timeline of Events the Department shall electronically post a Notice of Intended Award on the VBS and the MFMP Sourcing website for review by interested parties at the time and location specified in the Timeline of Events. The Notice of Intended Award shall remain posted for a period of seventy-two (72) hours, not including weekends or State observed holidays. If the notice of award is delayed, in lieu of posting the notice of intended award the Department may post a notice of the delay and a revised date for posting the notice of intended award.
