Common use of Posting of Seniority Lists Clause in Contracts

Posting of Seniority Lists. (i) Within sixty (60) days following the signing of this Agreement, and annually thereafter on December 15, the Employer shall post a list setting out each employee’s seniority date. Each employee shall have thirty (30) days from the date the list is posted to challenge her seniority date in writing. The Employer shall reply to the employee’s written objection within thirty (30) days of receipt of the written objection. If no written objection is received by the Employer within thirty (30) days from the date the list is posted, the seniority date on the list shall be the employee’s seniority date for all purposes following the posting of the list.
