Posting of Temporary Vacancies and Positions of a Temporary Nature. i) In the event of a temporary vacancy in excess of eight (8) weeks that the Employer wishes to fill or in the event of the Employer establishing a position of a temporary nature that will exist for more than eight (8) weeks, that vacancy (position #1) will be posted in the normal manner.
