Posting Seniority List. The School District will provide a copy of the seniority list in each school building on or before November 15 of each school year. 2.1. A teacher may challenge the correctness of the seniority list by filing a grievance as provided for in Article XIV of this Agreement. 2.2. In the absence of a grievance being filed within ten days from the date of posting, the posted seniority list will be conclusively deemed to be correct.
