Common use of Posting Work Schedule Clause in Contracts

Posting Work Schedule. The Company agrees to post a weekly work schedule for all employees covered by this Agreement no later than Wednesday noon for the following week. If such schedule is not posted by Wednesday noon for the following week, then the previous schedule shall apply for the following week.
