POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION. In addition to the Organisers' rights under clause 4, the Organisers may, without reason being necessary and without incurring any liability whatsoever to the Exhibitor other than as provided in clause 12, cancel the Exhibition, or at their election, postpone indefinitely, or otherwise make changes to the Exhibition, if in the sole opinion of the Organisers:
(a) the holding of the Exhibition by the Organisers, the performance of the Organisers' of their obligations or attendance at the Exhibition by exhibitors and/or visitors, is impossible, illegal or substantially or materially interfered with or affected, due to any cause or causes beyond the control of the Organisers including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion, civil commotion, armed hostilities, act of terrorism, revolution, blockade, embargo, strike, lock-out, sit-in, industrial or trade dispute, adverse weather, disease, risk to public health, accident to or breakdown of plant or machinery, shortage of any material, labour, transport, electricity or other supply, regulatory intervention, general advisory or recommendation of any government (including any government agency or department), regulatory authority or international agency, against travel, exhibitions and/or public gatherings, or the Exhibition Centre becomes unavailable and/or unfit for occupancy and/or use;
(b) any other circumstance, occurrence or cause arises that makes it in the opinion of the Organisers impossible, impractical, or undesirable for the Organisers to hold the Exhibition as initially planned.
POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION. 10.1) In addition to the Organisers’ rights under clause 4, the Organisers may cancel the Exhibition, or at their election, postpone, change the venue of or otherwise make changes to the Exhibition, if in the reasonable opinion of the Organisers the holding of the Exhibition by the Organisers, the performance by the Organisers’ of their obligations or attendance at the Exhibition by exhibitors and/or visitors, is impossible, illegal or substantially or materially interfered with, due to any cause or causes beyond the control of the Organisers including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion, civil commotion, armed hostilities, act of terrorism, revolution, blockade, embargo, strike, lock-out, sit-in, industrial or trade dispute, adverse weather, disease, risk to public health, accident to or breakdown of plant or machinery, shortage of any material, labour, transport, electricity or other supply, regulatory intervention, general advisory or recommendation of any government (including any government agency or department), regulatory authority or international agency, against travel, exhibitions and/or public gatherings, or the Exhibition Centre becomes unavailable and/or unfit for occupancy and/or use.
10.2) The Organiser may terminate the Agreement without indication of reasons, uniterally and without compensation by giving 45 days advance written notice any time during the period of this Agreement.
POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION. IronPlanet reserves the right to postpone or cancel any Featured Auction or Daily Auction, or any sale resulting there from, in its own discretion, without notice. IronPlanet will have no liability to prospective bidders, Buyers or Sellers as a result of any withdrawal, cancellation or postponement of Auctions or sales.

Non-receipt of the properly executed required documents or of the initial filing fee or deposit by the due date may be considered cause for the CDRS to postpone or cancel the arbitration. An arbitration that is postponed or cancelled less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arbitration is subject to an additional $300.00 fee which is payable by the Party (or Parties) responsible for the postponement or cancellation.

Because of this, we may suffer a loss if You cancel this contract or postpone its performance. We charge these fees based on an assessment of losses we have incurred as a result of You cancelling or postponing the removal.
10.2. For alteration/postponement/cancellation notice received the fees are as follows:
10.2.1. Thirty or more working days before the services were due to start – no charge.
10.2.2. Between sixteen to twenty-nine working days inclusive before the services were due to start – 50% of the charges.
10.2.3. Between eight and fifteen working days inclusive before the services were due to start – 75% of the charges.
10.2.4. Less than seven working days before the removal was due to start – 100% of the charges.
10.3. Condition 10.2. will not apply if You elect to take any removal postponement/cancellation protection waiver for which we have quoted.
10.4. The cancellation/postponement charge will entitle You to only one Cancellation/postponement.
10.5. If property access issues including the necessary key exchange are not arranged by You before or on the day of the removal, to the effect that it results in a delay in the undertaking of Our work, we will reschedule Your pick-up or delivery at the same costs to You for the originally booked move.
POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION. The web symposium may be postponed, canceled or shortened due to the following reasons. ∙ When it is difficult to use the web system due to earthquake, power outage, or other disaster. ∙ When it is difficult to make presentations due to earthquake or other disaster in wide geographical area. ∙ When the web symposium is difficult to hold due to typhoons, earthquakes, extreme weather, infectious diseases, terrorism and other disaster. ∙ When the operation of web system is difficult to manage due to unexpected reason.
