Postponement of Scheduled Vacation. a) An employee’s period of vacation once approved will only be postponed by the Employer due to operational requirements and such postponed vacation shall be rescheduled to a time mutually agreed by the Employer and the employee. An employee’s scheduled vacation may only be postponed once by the Employer in any calendar year. b) The Employer will reimburse the employee for any direct costs incurred by the employee due to the postponement of a scheduled vacation at the Employer’s request.
