Pre Employment Medical. Before being employed by Xxxxxx Bros an employee will be required to undertake a pre- employment medical examination.

Pre Employment Medical. In the interests of achieving and maintaining a healthy and productive workforce, including one that is free from drug and alcohol risks, employees are required to undertake such medical tests, as the company deems appropriate prior to the commencement of employment. The costs of medical examinations so required will be paid for by the company. All information obtained will remain confidential and will remain the property of the company. An employee on request in writing can obtain a copy of the medical examination report.
Pre Employment Medical. It is agreed that, as a condition of employment, an applicant must successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination, and it is further agreed that the cost of such examination shall be reimbursed to the applicant upon being employed as a member of the Fire Department.
