Pre-inspection. The service provider may be called upon as part of a planned cleaning programme or following identification of a debris-laden conduit by the Regional Manager or his/her representative. The service provider will be requested to meet the Council representative on-site in order to conduct a basic inspection of the work to be undertaken. This inspection will facilitate the preparation of a work plan (see 13.2.

Pre-inspection. 1. Prior to the commencement of any work in the vicinity of any tree, the Contractor shall identify presence of nesting birds, the location of utilities, irrigation components and/or any private property element(s) that could be compromised by any work activity. 2. If, during the course of pre-inspection, the Contractor identifies damage that exists before the onset of work, the Contractor shall document the damages with photos and report such damage to County Division Manager and/or his/her designee prior to commencing work in that area. All photo documentation shall have the time and date embedded. 3. Any claim of damage that cannot be refuted by photo-documentation and/or a written report to the County shall be considered the responsibility of the Contractor.
Pre-inspection. The Dealership will work with the DISTRICT and the Program Participant to schedule a time and place for the DISTRICT to perform a pre-inspection of the Old Equipment.
Pre-inspection. 19.1. Prior to the commencement of the Service and Support obligations of the Supplier, the Supplier may during Normal Working Hours inspect the Equipment, or any part of it, at the Installation Address, in order to confirm whether, in the Suppliers reasonable opinion, it is in full working order and in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. 19.2.   • Goods Inspection The Commissioner of DAS, in consultation with the Client Agency, shall determine the manner and prescribe the inspection of all Goods and the tests of all samples submitted to determine whether they comply with all of the specifications in the Contract. If any Goods fail in any way to meet the specifications in the Contract, the Client Agency or the Commissioner of DAS may, in its sole discretion, either reject it and owe nothing or accept it and pay for it on an adjusted price basis, depending on the degree to which the Goods meet the specifications. Any decision pertaining to any such failure or rejection shall be final and binding.

  • Safety Inspection During inspection of County facilities conducted by the State Division of Occupational Safety and Health for the purpose of determining compliance with the California OSHA requirements, an OCEA designated employee shall be allowed to accompany the inspector while the inspector is in the employee's agency/department. The employee so designated shall suffer no loss of pay when this function is performed during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours.

  • Final Inspection The Contractor shall complete the list of items identified on the Pre-Final Punchlist prior to requesting a Final Inspection. Unless otherwise specified, or otherwise agreed in writing by the parties as documented on the Certificate of Substantial Completion, the Contractor shall complete and/or correct all Work within thirty (30) days of the Substantial Completion date. Upon completion of the Pre-Final Punchlist work, the Contractor shall give written notice to the ODR and A/E that the Work will be ready for Final Inspection on a specific date. The Contractor shall accompany this notice with a copy of the updated Pre-Final Punchlist indicating resolution of all items. On the date specified or as soon thereafter as is practicable, the ODR, A/E and the Contractor will inspect the Work. The A/E will submit to the Contractor a Final Punchlist of open items that the inspection team requires corrected or completed before final acceptance of the Work. 12.1.2.1 The Contractor must correct or complete all items on the Final Punchlist before requesting Final Payment. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, complete this work within seven (7) days of receiving the Final Punchlist. Upon completion of the Final Punchlist, the Contractor shall notify the A/E and ODR in writing stating the disposition of each Final Punchlist item. The A/E, Owner and Contractor shall promptly inspect the completed items. When the Final Punchlist is complete, and the Contract is fully satisfied according to the Contract Documents the ODR will issue a certificate establishing the date of Final Completion. Completion of all Work is a condition precedent to the Contractor's right to receive Final Payment.

  • MOVE-IN INSPECTION Before, at the time of the Tenant accepting possession, or shortly thereafter, the Landlord and Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Agree to inspect the Premises and write any present damages or needed repairs on a move-in checklist. ☐ - Shall not inspect the Premises or complete a move-in checklist.
