Preferred Part-time Staffing. The parties agree to meet once per calendar year at the JLM in which the ORC will take place to discuss any issues surrounding preferred part-time staffing levels and possible future solutions in the process of filling the preferred part-time vacancies. Both the Union and Company negotiators will be invited to be in attendance at this annual meeting.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week.
