Pregnancy and/or Parental Leave for Non-Eligible Employees. Department Heads may, within their sole discretion, approve pregnancy and/or parental leave for employees who have less than thirteen (13) weeks service with the Employer. Any such approved leave shall be on the same terms and conditions as herein established for eligible employees.
