BENEFITS GENERAL. 63.1 The benefits described in Articles 64 to 78 apply only to regular part-time civil servants in a bargaining unit represented by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union.
63.2 In Articles 64 to 78, salary means earnings from weekly hours of work, exclusive of premium payments.
BENEFITS GENERAL. Particulars of the Employer's current employee benefits program are set out in Article 25.
BENEFITS GENERAL. It is understood that the Employer may at any time change a Plan or substitute another carrier for any Plan (other than OHIP) provided the value of the benefits conferred thereby are not in total decreased. Before making such a change or substitution, the Employer shall notify the Union to explain the proposed change.

PT.8.2 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the benefits contained in the Benefit Plans as they were constituted on September 1, 1997 shall be provided to part time employees. on the same terms and conditions as were in place on September 1, 1997. These benefits and terms and conditions may only be altered by mutual agreement of the parties.
BENEFITS GENERAL. Unless expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, in addition to those benefits specifically set forth herein, the Manager shall be entitled to the same benefits that are enjoyed by any other full-time employees of the City pursuant to all Applicable Laws and Authorities.
