Pregnancy Leave – Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual. (a) Leave of absence will be granted due to pregnancy pursuant to the provisions of the Employment Standards Act to employees with 13 weeks of employment. The maximum pregnancy leave is 17 weeks. The employee is required to give as much notice as possible and include her anticipated return to work date. At such time she shall also furnish the Hospital with her doctor’s certificate as to pregnancy and expected date of delivery.
