Pregnancy, Parental and Adoption Leave. (a) For the purpose of this Article, "spouse" includes common-law relationships and same sex partners within the meaning of the Family Relations Act. "Pregnancy, Parental and Adoption Leave will be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act of BC (RSBC 1996) Chapter 113".
