Pregnancy, Parental and Adoption Leaves of Absence. Pregnancy, Parental & Adoption leaves of absences shall be governed by the Corporate Policy as amended/improved during the term of this collective agreement. During the period of these leaves the Corporation shall continue to maintain all Group Insurance Benefits and Service entitlements as stated in the Collective Agreement.
