Common use of Premium Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Premium Entitlement. a) Normally classes are scheduled between the hours 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Scheduled workloads for full-time instructors outside of these hours qualifies the employee for a premium pursuant to the salary schedule. b) If an instructor elects to re-schedule his/her workloads outside of the hours mentioned above this premium will not apply. c) Payment will be made on the last pay period in December and June.
