Premium When Working in a Higher Position. When an hourly employee is temporarily assigned to work a full shift of a job with a higher wage that employee shall receive the rate of pay of the higher classification at the same level the employee was working for all full shifts worked in the higher classification.

Premium When Working in a Higher Position. The first full day or full shift that an hourly employee is temporarily transferred to a job with a higher hiring wage within a rolling one (1) year period from the date of the last previous temporary transfer of that employee to a job with a higher paying wage, that employee shall continue to receive the rate of pay for his/her regular position. Any time after the first day or shift that an hourly employee is temporarily transferred to such a job within the same rolling year, that employee shall receive the rate of pay of the higher classification at the same level as that at which the transferred employee was working for all hours worked in the higher classification.

Medicaid- Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off hours, and training hours.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.
