PREMIUMS AND COMPENSATION. 4.1 In consideration of the Issuer’s issuance of the Guaranty, the Applicant shall pay to the Issuer compensation in U.S. dollars in the form of an annual premium paid in advance (the “Premium”), and voyage fees (the “Voyage Fees”) as set forth from time to time on the Issuer’s web site.
