Prepare IS/MND. All environmental topics included in the CEQA Guidelines Appendix G (Environmental Checklist Form) are listed below. Project impacts under each of these required topics will be determined and documented in checklist and narrative format. The topics indicated below as “focus topics” will be evaluated in the most detail, as described below. The IS/MND will address the following topical areas:  Aesthetics  Agriculture and Forestry Resources  Air Quality (focus topic)  Biological Resources (focus topic)  Cultural Resources (focus topic)  Geology and SoilsGreenhouse Gas EmissionsHazards and Hazardous MaterialsHydrology and Water Quality (focus topic)  Land Use and Planning  Noise  Population and HousingPublic Services  Recreation  Transportation/Traffic  Utilities and Service Systems Air Quality: It is assumed for the purposes of this proposal that OPDMD use designated in the Plan will be limited to the use of zero emissions (e.g. battery, electrical) OPDMDs. Unless other emission sources are identified by District, air quality analysis would be limited to vehicle emissions based on user trips and will be consistent with the current District parking policy. Mitigation measures will conform to rules developed by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District or the California Air Resources Board.

  • Expert Reports Without prejudice to the appointment of other kinds of experts where authorised by the applicable arbitration rules, the tribunal, at the request of the disputing parties, may appoint one or more experts to report to it in writing on any factual issue concerning environmental, public health, safety or other scientific matters raised by a disputing party in a proceeding, subject to such terms and conditions as the disputing parties may agree.

  • REQUIREMENTS TO APPLICABLE PHYSICAL GOODS In the case of physical goods (e.g. equipment, material, supplies, as opposed to services), all Products offered must comply with any applicable provisions of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, Title 1, Chapter 2 and with at least the following:

  • MAINTENANCE OF OPERATIONS The Company shall maintain operations at the Project for a minimum of ten (10) years beginning on the date the Project is Placed in Service. In addition to any other rights the Department may have under the terms of this Agreement, in the event that the Company discontinues of operations at the Project, such discontinuation may subject the Company to certain statutory provisions, including:

  • Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned.

  • Developer Operating Requirements (a) Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time.

  • Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.

  • Test Reports Should a test report (“Test Report”) be required on the purchase order, the Test Report must be signed or stamped by an authorized representative of the supplier. It must contain, as a minimum, supplier name and address, Buyer part number, purchase order number, quantity, date shipped, heat/lot number, all acceptance criteria for specification and list all of the specifications i.e. MIL-P, AMS, ASTM, etc. which would apply to the shipment. All material shipped is to be the latest revision available. All Test Reports to reference revision level of material shipped.

  • Conformity Assessment Procedures 1. Each Party shall give positive consideration to accepting the results of conformity assessment procedures of other Parties, even where those procedures differ from its own, provided it is satisfied that those procedures offer an assurance of conformity with applicable technical regulations or standards equivalent to its own procedures.

  • Project Reports 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Inspection Report The Client and the Company agree that the Company, and its inspector(s), will prepare a written home inspection report which shall:
