Parking Policy. Hosted parking is available at the Museum's surface lot for a price of $5.00 per vehicle for Birthday Party Patrons. Non-hosted parking for party guest/ Museum visitors is $8.00 per vehicle and should be paid upon Museum entry or exit at the Admissions Desk for. Please make your guests aware of this information. Please plan accordingly for guest parking. If hosted parking, parking will be charged post event credit card on file.
Parking Policy. Parking at the property is at Lessee's own risk. Lessor may regulate the time, manner, and place of parking cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles by anyone. Lessor or other Lessee(s) at the Premises may have unauthorized, improperly or illegally parked vehicles towed at the owner's expense, without warning. Vehicles not displaying a valid parking permit will be towed, without notice, at the vehicle owner's expense. NO EXCEPTIONS. Vehicles are prohibited from parking on the premises if they are inoperable; have a gross weight over one-half (1/2) ton; have no current license; take up more than one parking space; are parked in a marked handicap space without proper handicap insignia; block other vehicles from entering or exiting; or are parked in a space not dedicated to parking, including, but not limited to, grass, sidewalks, patio, around dumpsters, and fire lanes. Lessor Issued Parking Tags Where vehicle parking is provided for in the lease, a parking tag or tags will be issued, which must be displayed in the vehicle at all times while in the unit's designated parking area. Parking is a privilege not a right. Vehicles without a displayed parking tag will be towed without notice and at the vehicle owner’s expense, regardless of whether or not they are a tenant or guest. Lost tags will only be replaced at Lessor's discretion, and with a $50 assessment. If duplicate tags are found parked at Premises, all vehicles for the Premises will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense, and parking privileges will be revoked indefinitely for that Premises, at Lessor's discretion. Guest Parking No visitor parking is permitted, unless explicitly marked as such. All parking spaces are for Lessees of the building. Lessees are only allowed to park in designated parking areas. This does not include grass or dirt covered areas.
Parking Policy. An HPI parking pass is mandatory for all vehicles that are parked in the private parking lots. There are no exceptions. The parking lots are monitored by a registered towing company and all vehicles that are parked illegally, without a current parking pass, or otherwise unwarranted, will be towed at the owner’s expense. Parking privileges can and will be suspended if the lease is in the process of forfeiture. If the rent owed is more than $500, parking privileges will be suspended and vehicles will be towed. A current Permanent Parking pass is available from HPI for $20 per pass, which is generally good for approximately one (1) year. Guest parking passes are available upon demand, pending parking availability, for $5. Please contact HPI Property Management for parking details specific to individual properties. Abandoned Articles All articles left in or upon the premises by the tenant upon termination of the lease for any reason shall be disposed of by the Landlord as becomes necessary and in a manner as Landlord may see fit and proper, and without recourse by the tenant. The Landlord herein is further given the right to use the tenantssecurity deposit to cover the Landlord's expenses in disposing of the tenant's articles.

Parking Policy. In order to develop recommendations concerning parking operations and management, a review of the policies will be necessary. This review includes policies related to long term and short term space allocation, permits, space turnover, in lieu parking payments if any, seasonal and special event parking, peripheral parking, and enforcement.

Parking Policy. Some of the vacation home communities will not allow cars to be parked on the streets in order to ensure proper access for emergency and waste management vehicles.
