PRESENT CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS All rights, benefits and working conditions which employees now enjoy, receive or possess as employees of the Employer shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement but may be modified by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS The price of the whole accommodation service booked is always payable by the Guest in advance, at the latest upon arrival in the hotel. Set-off by the Guest is excluded unless the set- off relates to an undisputed or legally confirmed claim. Valid means of payment are cash in Euros, EC card, Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card and American Express. For payment settlement we use the 3D Secure 2.0 system for secure and additional customer authorisation. PROJECT CONDITIONS A. The Grantee agrees to the following Project Conditions:
Safe Conditions Whenever an employee reports a condition which the employee feels represents a violation of safety or health rules and regulations or which is an unreasonable hazard to persons or property, such conditions shall be promptly investigated. The appropriate administrator shall reply to the concern, in writing, if the employee's concern is communicated in writing.
Existing Conditions Tenant accepts the Property in its condition as of the execution of the Lease, subject to all recorded matters, laws, ordinances, and governmental regulations and orders. Except as provided herein, Tenant acknowledges that neither Landlord nor any agent of Landlord has made any representation as to the condition of the Property or the suitability of the Property for Tenant's intended use. Tenant represents and warrants that Tenant has made its own inspection of and inquiry regarding the condition of the Property and is not relying on any representations of Landlord or any Broker with respect thereto. If Landlord or Landlord's Broker has provided a Property Information Sheet or other Disclosure Statement regarding the Property, a copy is attached as an exhibit to the Lease.
Specific Conditions If applicable, specific conditions required after a risk assessment will be included in Exhibit G. Grantee shall adhere to the specific conditions listed therein.
Termination Conditions This Agreement terminates upon the earlier of any of the following events: a.
