Previous Experience Recognition. A claim for recent related nursing experience, if any, shall be made in writing by a Nurse awarded a permanent position at the time of hiring. Such Nurse shall co- operate with the Employer by providing verification of previous experience so that her/his recent related nursing experience may be determined and evaluated during her/his probationary period. Having evaluated the recent related nursing experience, the Employer shall credit a Nurse Practitioner, a Public Health Nurse with a Baccalaureate in Nursing, a Public Health Nurse, or a Registered Nurse with one increment for each year of experience with a Public Health Unit, to the maximum of 4 Years on the salary grid and one increment for each two (2) years nursing experience as a Registered Nurse to the maximum of 4 Years on the salary grid. The above noted credits shall be granted provided that not more than three (3) years has elapsed since the Nurse last occupied a Public Health Nursing or a Registered Nursing position. A temporary employee will be credited with one increment for each three years of nursing experience to a maximum of four (4) years on the salary grid.

Related to Previous Experience Recognition

  • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period.

  • Recognition of Previous Experience (a) The Employer will recognize recent related RN experience on the basis of one (1) annual increment for each one (1) year of service up to the maximum of the grid.   • Recognition for Past Experience All RNs hired during the term of this Agreement shall be given full credit (year for year) for continuous recent experience when placed on the wage scale. For the purpose of this section, continuous recent experience as a registered nurse shall be defined as clinical nursing experience in an accredited hospital or skilled nursing facility (including temporary employment with an employer) without a break in nursing experience that would reduce the level of nursing skills in the opinion of the Employer.

  • CREDIT FOR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE All employees shall be classified according to previous comparable supermarket experience. Previous comparable experience shall be granted on the following basis:

  • Business Continuity Registry Operator shall maintain a business continuity plan, which will provide for the maintenance of Registry Services in the event of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator or business failure of Registry Operator, and may include the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider. If such plan includes the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider, Registry Operator shall provide the name and contact information for such Registry Services continuity provider to ICANN. In the case of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator where the Registry Operator cannot be contacted, Registry Operator consents that ICANN may contact the designated Registry Services continuity provider, if one exists. Registry Operator shall conduct Registry Services Continuity testing at least once per year.

  • Recognition of Service and Experience (a) From the time of commencement of employment an employee has three months in which to provide documentary evidence to the employer detailing any other relevant service or experience not disclosed at the time of commencement. This evidence, in the absence of other documentary evidence, may take the form of a statutory declaration.
