WAGES & CLASSIFICATIONS. 17.01 Wages shall be paid as outlined on Appendix “A” attached.
WAGES & CLASSIFICATIONS. 7.01 Occupation descriptions shall be prepared by the Company for each occupation classification. Occupation descriptions, the rating of new or revised occupation descriptions, and the classification of new occupations shall be done by the Company and approved by the Union. If there is no approval the Union and the Company will attempt to negotiate a description and a rate of pay. Failing to do so, the parties agree to allow an arbitrator to settle the matter.
7.02 The occupation descriptions, classifications of all occupations and wage rates appear in Schedule "F".
7.03 An employee assigned by the Company, for one (1) hour or more on any day, to a classification having a higher rate of pay than the classification under which he is listed on the payroll, shall, provided he is qualified to perform the major duties of such higher classification, be paid at the higher rate for the time so worked or for a minimum of four (4) of the hours worked by him on that day. An employee required by the Company to work overtime at other than his regular classification shall be paid the rate of the classification to which he is assigned for such overtime work.
7.04 If any employee is required to work for more than four (4) weeks in any occupational classification having a lower or higher rate of pay than the classification under which he is listed on the payroll, he must be reclassified not later than the end of the fifth week.
WAGES & CLASSIFICATIONS. 20.01 Wages for employees will be paid in accordance with Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of this agreement.
20.02 The Employer shall pay wages by direct deposit, on a bi-weekly basis. Each employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of her wages and deductions.
(a) In the event of an error on an employee’s pay, the correction will be made in the pay period following the date on which the overpayment comes to the Employer’s attention.
(b) If the error results in an employee being underpaid by one (1) day’s pay or more, the Employer will provide payment for the shortfall within three (3) business days from the date it is notified of the error. Any underpayment less than one (1) day’s pay will be made in the pay period following the date on which it was brought to the Employer’s attention.
20.03 In no event shall there be no any pyramiding of benefits, premiums, or other payments under this Agreement.
20.04 The Employer supports and encourages upgrading of skills and knowledge through formal and informal education.
WAGES & CLASSIFICATIONS. Effective March 1, 2013, the wage/classification schedules as attached as Appendices A, B, C, D, E, F, G, A (i), B (i), C (i), E (i), F (i), G (i), A (ii), B (ii), C(ii) and B (iii) shall become effective, and shall remain in effect for the entire term of the collective agreement as proposed above, subject to the increases specified below.
WAGES & CLASSIFICATIONS. 32.1 Attached to, and forming part of this agreement, will be Schedule A covering wages and classifications.
32.2 The wage rates contained in Schedule A of this agreement shall be paid in accordance with dates as indicated.
WAGES & CLASSIFICATIONS. Regular employees at or above the top step will receive a bonus equivalent to a one percent (1%) step increase paid on the basis of their hours worked in the preceding year. This bonus will be paid to eligible employees once annually on the regular pay date following the first full payroll period in January.

1. After 90 days of employment - 50 cents per hour increase.
2. Upon completion of one full year - The employee's rate will be increased by one-third (1/3) the difference between his/her then current rate and the then current top rate for that classification.
3. Upon completion of two full years - The employee's rate will be increased by two-thirds (2/3) the difference between the employee's then current rate and the then current top rate for that classification. Upon completion of three full years - The employee will advance to the top rate for that classification. The Authority reserves the right, in its discretion, to hire and/or advance employees above and beyond the minimum requirements set forth above.
WAGES & CLASSIFICATIONS. The classificationof all occupations and the wage rates appear in Schedule “A” attached hereto, which is part of this Agreement, and which is signed for identification by the parties hereto. The Company and the Employees shall pay their portion, as agreed, of the premium costs of the benefits set out In Schedule attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. An employee shall acquire seniority status effective the commencement of employment after he has completed a probationary period of three hundred and hours worked, or extension of probationary period, if mutually agreed upon. For purposes of payroll, rate change day will be deemed to begin at the beginning of the first pay period after three hundred and sixty hours are worked. Employees who have the same date of hire will be ranked in the seniority list in accordance with: Scheduled start time of 1st worked after most recent hire Alphabetical order of last name at date of most recent hire. He quits his employment. He is discharged and not reinstated via the grievance procedure or arbitration. He is absent for three consecutive working days without reasonable cause. He does not return to work within five consecutive working days (excluding Saturdays,Sundays and Holidays) being recalled by the Company by registered mail or telegram addressed to him at his address last known to the Company without reasonable cause.
