Principal Staff Sample Clauses

The Principal Staff clause defines which individuals within an organization are considered key personnel for the purposes of a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause lists specific employees or roles whose expertise or involvement is critical to the successful performance of the contract, and may require the consent of the other party before any changes to these personnel are made. By clearly identifying principal staff, the clause ensures continuity and quality of service, and helps prevent disruptions that could arise from unapproved substitutions or departures.
