Principal’s Allowance. 4.2.3.1. Nineteen (19%) per cent of maximum at four (4) years teacher education on the salary grid in clause 3.2.4 plus twenty-two per cent (22%) of maximum at four (4) years teacher education on the salary grid divided by one thousand (1000) per enrolled student in excess of one hundred (100) students, to a maximum allowance of forty-one per cent (41%) of maximum at four (4) years teacher education on the salary grid.
