Print and Mail Services. Print and mail confirmations, statements, returns, tax forms (including without limitation W-9’s, W-8’s and year-end returns), reports, dividend checks and other documents and instruments, including copies to dealers and, at the Fund’s option, to a “fourth party.” Provide duplicate copies of statements and/or transcripts of accounts to shareholders requesting such information (for such fee as the Fund and Transfer Agent shall mutually agree).
Print and Mail Services. CSG will provide to Customers, and Customers may purchase from CSG, services for the printing and mailing of monthly statements to Customer’s Subscribers (the “Print and Mail Services”).

Print and Mail Services. During the Term of the Master Agreement, Invoice Cloud will provide data processing, printing and mailing services (“DPPM Services”). The DPPM Services consist of processing data, printing documents, mail preparation, applying postage (where applicable) and sending via the United States Postal Service. Document types include but are not limited to bills, postcards and letters.
