To avoid school traffic during the school year, logging traffic may not use the paved section of County Road 409 from 8:30-9:30 am and 12:30-1:00 pm, Monday thru Friday and 3:00-4:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday. On the unpaved portion of County Road 409, logging trucks traffic is limited to 15 mph between Memorial Day and Labor Day, hauling is limited to Monday thru Friday. Additional restrictions for Marbled Murrelet (MAMU) for log hauling along County Road 409 are described below and in THP 1-16-124 MEN, Section II, Item 32.

  • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday.

  • Holidays Worked When an employee works on a calendar holiday, he/she shall receive payment of the holiday at the regular rate and in addition, at the discretion of the Employer, (1) be paid at the rate of time and one half for hours actually worked on the holiday or (2) be given compensatory time off equal to one and one half the number of hours actually worked.

  • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Employees, for their part and in their own interest, are expected to advise the Employer of any such potentially injurious equipment.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an Employee's vacation period, she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the Employee.

  • Unsafe Working Conditions (a) No Employee shall be disciplined for refusal to work on a job which is deemed unsafe by:

  • Sunday Work Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid for a minimum of three hours work at double time. The double time is to be paid until the employee is relieved from duty.
