1.4.1 The documents forming a part of this Agreement are to be taken as mutually explanatory to one another and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the priority of the following documents shall, in the event of any conflict, discrepancy or ambiguity between them, be in the order they are set out:
(i) This Agreement;
(ii) Schedules to this Agreement;
(iii) The Letter of Acceptance issued to the Lessee;
(iv) The written clarifications and addenda issued to the Bidders;
(v) The RFP including the Bid Document, Draft Lease Agreement and Annexures 1-11.

1.4.1 The documents forming a part of this Agreement are to be taken as mutually explanatory to one another and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the priority of the following documents shall, in the event of any conflict, discrepancy or ambiguity between them, be in the order they are set out:

A) Between two clauses of this Agreement, the provision of the specific clause relevant to the issue under consideration shall prevail over those in other clauses;
B) Between the clauses and the Annexure, the Clause shall prevail save as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement;
C) Between any value written in numerals and that in word, the latter shall prevail.
D) Between clauses of this Agreement and the provisions of the Government Order‐1301/41‐2014‐244 SA/13 dated 16th June, 2014 and the Government Order‐1406/41‐2014‐244 SA/13 dated 18th June, 2014 and the Government Order‐76/3055/41‐2014‐244 SA/13 dated 13th December 2014 the relevant provision/s of the said Government Order’s shall prevail.

1.3.1 The several documents forming this Agreement are to be taken as mutually explanatory to one another and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the priority of the following documents shall in the event of any conflict between them be in the order they are set out:
a) this Agreement;
b) the letter of acceptance issued by GMCBL;
c) the RFQ Document including all addendum and clarifications issued by GMCBL;
d) the documents submitted pursuant to RFQ and submissions by the Concessionaire thereafter;
i. e. document at (a) above shall prevail over the documents at (b) above and so on.
1.3.2 In case of ambiguities or discrepancies within this Agreement the following shall apply:
a) between two Clauses of this Agreement, the provisions of the specific clause relevant to the issue under consideration shall prevail over those in other Clauses;
b) between the Clauses and the Schedules, the Clauses shall prevail;
c) between any value written in numerals and that in words, the latter shall prevail.

a) between Clauses of this Agreement, the provisions of the specific Clause relevant to the issue under consideration shall prevail over those in other Clauses.
b) between the Clauses and the Schedules, the Clauses shall prevail save as otherwise expressly set forth in the Clause.
c) between Schedules of this Agreement, the provisions of the specific Schedule relevant to the issue under consideration shall prevail over those in other Schedules.
d) between any value written in numerals and that in words, the latter shall prevail.
