Privacy Representative. Upon execution of the Agreement, the Service Provider will appoint a Privacy Representative and such person will have sufficient authority to make decisions and execute documents on behalf of the Service Provider as may be required from time to time for the administration of this Schedule. The Service Provider shall promptly provide the HO of the name of its Privacy Representative and shall notify the HO of any change of its Privacy Representative.
Privacy Representative. Immediately upon execution of the Agreement, the Operator will appoint a representative to be responsible for the Operator’s compliance with this Schedule (the “Privacy Representative”). The Operator will promptly provide the RHA with the name of its Privacy Representative and notify the RHA in a timely manner of any change of its Privacy Representative. If required by Xxxxxxxx, immediately upon execution of the Agreement the Service Provider shall appoint a representative to be responsible for the Service Provider’s compliance with this Schedule and the Act (the “Privacy Representative”). The Service Provider shall grant its Privacy Representative sufficient authority to communicate and execute documents on behalf of the Service Provider as may be required from time to time for this purpose. The Service Provider shall promptly provide the Customer with the name of its Privacy Representative and shall promptly notify the Customer of any change of its Privacy Representative.

Privacy Representative. Netskope has appointed a privacy representative to respond and address requests relating to Personal Data. The privacy representative may be reached at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx Where required by Data Protection Requirements, Netskope Affiliates may also appoint a data protection officer who can be reached at the same address.
