Teachers shall be allowed personal leave up to and including five (5) days in any one (1) school year with the loss of substitutes’ pay only, only and shall be deducted full salary for days absent for personal reasons in excess of fivefive (5) days in any one (1) school year. One (1) of the aforementioned five (5) personal leave days shall be with full pay and benefits.
