PRIVATE BUSINESS/GENERAL/PERSONAL LEAVES OF ABSENCE. 12.1 For personal reasons, and subject to the operational needs of the school, teachers shall be granted one (1) personal day per school year at no cost to the teacher. Unused days referred to in this clause shall accumulate to a maximum of three (3) days. No more than three (3) days of such leave may be used in the same school year.
