PRIVATE BUSINESS/GENERAL/PERSONAL LEAVES OF ABSENCE. 12.1 Leave for teachers shall be granted by the Superintendent for not more than three (3) days per school year for private business which could not otherwise be conducted outside of regular school hours. The first two (2) days of such leave shall be at full salary and benefits and the third day will be at full salary and benefits less the cost of a substitute. The cost of a substitute will be charged only if a substitute is required. Designated summer calendar break will not be extended except at the discretion of the School Division.
