PRIVATE CARS. The Promoter may prohibit access to the paddock by private cars, except assistance vehicles, providing them an equipped car park located with the immediate access to the paddock
PRIVATE CARS. 12.1 The Resident is free, should he or she so wish, to retain ownership of a car for his or her own use. Availability of parking facilities at the Home, however, is not guaranteed. The Resident will require permission of the Provider to park at the Home and such permission may be withdrawn at any time in the Provider’s discretion. Furthermore:
12.1.1 any parking facilities provided may be withdrawn by the Home Manager on behalf of the Provider if the Resident’s car appears to the Home to be unroadworthy, illegal or is causing an obstruction, or if the Home becomes aware that the Resident’s driving licence is revoked or becomes invalid, or the car is not used in a period of more than consecutive 45 days; in those circumstances the Resident must arrange for his or her car to be taken away from the Home; and
12.1.2 the parking facilities at the Home are not made available for, and must not be used for, family members or other visitors of the Resident to park their cars otherwise than when they are actually visiting the Resident.
12.2 Whether or not the Resident drives his or her car, or allows anyone else to do so, is entirely the Resident’s decision and responsibility and not something covered by the Provider’s services to the Resident; and it is not the Provider’s decision. Consequently, the Provider does not accept any responsibility for the Resident’s car, or for the Resident or others driving it.
PRIVATE CARS. Reimbursement for use of private cars is possible only when other forms of transport are not available, or are more expensive or otherwise inappropriate for the activities in question. In all cases the use of cars owned by the Assessor/Technical Expert depends on the absence of counter-indications deriving from the ACCREDIA management which is communicated by means of the authorization form which shall contain the details of the journey for each mission. Without this request and/or indication, payment will be made for the equivalent of the cost of a first class rail ticket for the return journey – residence – CAB’s premises. The request for the authorization of a private car (with details of the journey) shall also include the part from residence to the station or airport. If a private vehicle is used for more than one person, only the owner shall receive reimbursement. Reimbursement for use of a car is based on kilometers travelled which currently stands at • 0.51 euro (51 cents) per km. ACCREDIA does not accept any responsibility for any damage to the vehicle or to third parties from use of a private or rented car used during the performance of work activities.
PRIVATE CARS. Reimbursement for use of private cars is possible only when other forms of transport are not available, or are more expensive or otherwise inappropriate for the correct and prompt execution of the activities in question. Reimbursement of expenses for use of private cars is calculated according to kilometers and, until further notice, the rate is: € 0.51 (fifty-one cents) per km. The DC Department accepts no responsibility for damage to vehicles or to third parties, whether private or rented, used on work missions.
PRIVATE CARS. 20.1. You are free, should you so wish, to retain ownership of a car for your use. Parking facilities at the Home, however, may not be available. This should be discussed with the Home Manager because you will require permission of the RMBI to park at the Home and any parking facility provided may be withdrawn by the RMBI at any time in the RMBI’s discretion (including, but not only, in the circumstances described below). Furthermore:
a. any parking facility provided may be withdrawn by Home Manager on behalf of the RMBI if your vehicle appears to the Home to be unroadworthy, illegal or is causing an obstruction, or if the RMBI becomes aware that your driving licence is revoked or becomes invalid; in those circumstances you must arrange for your car to be taken away from the Home; and
b. the parking facilities at the Home are not made available for, and must not be used for, your family members or other visitors to park their cars otherwise than when they are actually visiting you.
20.2. Whether or not you drive your car, or allow anyone else to do so, is your decision and entirely your responsibility and it is not something covered by the RMBI’s services to you. Consequently, the RMBI does not accept any responsibility for your car, or for you or others driving it. However, if as a result of an assessment of your capacity by the RMBI, the RMBI believes that you do not, or may not, have adequate capacity to drive a car, the RMBI shall have the right (but not the obligation) to inform your GP of the RMBI’s belief.
