Private Line Services. It is the intent of County to migrate from point-to-point and multi-point private line data circuits to a switched cell/packet environment. However, current Implementations must be preserved as this Migration is occurring. Contractor shall provide private line services to maintain the installed base of networks in reliable working order.
Private Line Services. Charges associated with the provision and use of dedicated facilities between to two or more customer locations. Inbound/Outbound Services: Charges associated with the provision and use of WATS 800 (inbound) and Wide Area Telephone service (outbound) and other like services.
Private Line Services. The following private line services shall be made available without restriction from U S WEST: (a) voice grade private line services; (b) off premise extensions; (c) foreign exchange line service; (d) point-to-point and multi-point digital services (e.g., 9.6 kbps-56 kbps; fractional DS-1); (e) DS-1 Services; (f) DS-3 services; (g) OC-3 service (where available); (h) frame relay service; (i) packet switched services; (j) switched digital services; and (k) other private line services as they are made available.
Private Line Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charge of $403.75, a non-recurring IXC charge of $0.00 and a monthly recurring per mile charge of $0.00 for DS-1 Private Line Service between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
Private Line Services. If Customer is amending an Agreement already containing Optical Wavelength Service (f/k/a QCC QWave®), Metro Private Line, EPL (f/k/a Ethernet Private Line), Metro EPL (f/k/a Metro Ethernet Private Line), Domestic Private Line, or E-Line Service Exhibits, the following section is added to those Service Exhibits and replaces any conflicting language in those Service Exhibits:
Private Line Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $867.50 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 for T1 Private Line Service between 1 CLLI pair mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Equipment is not included. A 12 month term applies.
Private Line Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $2,100 to $7,000 for DS-3 and OC-3 Private Line Service between 22 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. A 1 year term applies. If Customer fails to satisfy the 1 year term, the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer an Early Termination charge equal to 100% of the difference between the number of months remaining in the circuit term and the applicable monthly recurring charge. Hub - location requires cross connect only.
Private Line Services. Specific Performance Requirements for Network Elements and Ancillary Functions
