Common use of Pro rata entitlements Clause in Contracts

Pro rata entitlements. Subject to the provisions of this subclause and the matters agreed to in accordance with clause 31.15, part-time employment shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Award which shall apply pro- rata.

Pro rata entitlements. (5) Subject to the provisions of this subclause and the matters agreed to in accordance with clause 31.15paragraph (8) hereof, part-time employment shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Award award which shall apply pro- pro rata.
