Probationary Employee Drug Testing. (a) All probationary employees shall be required, as a condition of employment, to participate in unannounced drug tests prior to the completion of the probationary period. The frequency and timing of such testing shall be determined by the chief or his/her designee, and shall not exceed 2-tests during the probationary period.
