Procedure of Handling. 1. The employee(s) who feel that they have a grievance shall first take up the matter with the Transportation Supervisor (within ten (10) days after the occurrence giving rise to the grievance, or ten (10) days following that date on which the employee(s) reasonably should have known of the facts giving rise to the grievance) who will attempt to resolve the matter within ten (10) days.
