Procedures for Bargaining. The following procedures for bargaining will be followed unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties.

Procedures for Bargaining. A. The Employer shall provide the Union with a copy of proposed new and revised instructions (including but not limited to Air Force Instructions (AFI), Operating Instructions (IO), and Policy Letters) affecting bargaining unit employees, and the Employer shall notify the Union President/designee in writing prior to the planned implementation of a proposed change in conditions of employment. With the copies and the notification, the Employer will indicate the general nature of the proposed changes and the planned implementation date.
Procedures for Bargaining. The Parties agree pre-decisional involvement between the Employer and the Union enhances the labor- management relationship, employees’ work-life quality, communication, productivity, and mission accomplishment and improves the timeliness of resolutions.
Procedures for Bargaining a. Either Party may propose a change in conditions of employment during the life of this MLA that is not already covered herein. The initiating Party will provide the other Party with reasonable advance written notice, normally not less than 15 work days prior to the proposed implementation date.
