Produce and Present Final Report. To complete the project, the project team will compile a final report that will include the following:  A review of evaluative frameworks (step 2)  Documentation of approach followed to develop indicators and evaluative framework (step 3)  Results for the 2004 and 2005 indicators and evaluation (step 5)  Business plan for ongoing evaluation (step 6) A draft report will be submitted to MEMPR and other selected reviewers, and the project team will give a presentation summarizing the process and findings. All comments will be integrated into a final version that will be submitted by June 15, 2006.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Problem Statement School bus fleets are aging, and our communities have poor air quality. Replacing school buses with zero emission school buses will address both of these issues.

  • Initial Report An initial performance report no later than 30 days after FEMA has approved the first Public Assistance project.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

  • Risk Assessment An assessment of any risks inherent in the work requirements and actions to mitigate these risks.

  • General Statement The University shall exercise its authority to determine the standards, qualifications, and criteria so as to fill appointment vacancies in the bargaining unit with the best possible candidates. In furtherance of this aim, the University shall: (a) advertise such appointment vacancies; (b) receive applications and screen candidates for such appointments, and make appointments consistent with such standards, qualifications, and criteria; and (c) commit to an effort to identify and seek qualified women and minority candidates for vacancies and new positions. Procedures:

  • Annual Statement The Plan Administrator shall provide to the Executive, within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of each Plan Year, a statement setting forth the benefits to be distributed under this Agreement.

  • Report A report delivered by the Servicer to the Trustee or the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.10.
