PRODUCER FEES. Except at WCBS-TV, if a Newswriter is asked by the Company to serve as the Producer of a program in addition to his/her duties as a Newswriter on the program, compensation in addition to his/her staff salary as a Newswriter and minimum commercial fee (if any is required) will be negotiated with such Writer. Nothing herein shall be deemed to require that a Producer be assigned to each program. At WCBS-TV, if a Newswriter is asked by the Company to serve as the Producer of a program in addition to his/her duties as a Newswriter on the program, he/she shall be paid a fee of forty dollars ($40) (forty-five dollars ($45) effective April 5, 2020) per shift. Where Producer fees are paid, Acting Editors fees will not be applicable.

PRODUCER FEES. During the term hereof, the Company shall pay to Executive a producing fee of $12,400 per ½ hour episode for each series produced, controlled and distributed by the Company, and for which Executive provides material production services as an executive producer, independent of his role as the Company’s CEO. The other terms and conditions of the payments shall be consistent with, and on similar terms as, the current arrangement between Executive and the Company with respect to Executive’s provision of production services for the Llama Llama series.

PRODUCER FEES. From and after the date on which the Contingent Participation Hurdle has been reached after the Closing Date, with respect to each Derivative Work produced by Purchaser, Purchaser shall pay the Sellers (in accordance with each Seller’s respective Sharing Percentage) the following amounts: (i) a producer fee, payable in cash, equal to [REDACTED] of the Budget (excluding financing costs, contingency, third party completion guarantee costs, and other customary exclusions) for such Derivative Work (the “Fixed Producer Fee”); provided, that, for any Derivative Work that is a direct-to-video production, the minimum Fixed Producer Fee shall be [REDACTED]; and (ii) a contingent producer fee, payable in cash (the “Contingent Producer Fee”), equal to the greater of: (A) [REDACTED] of the Gross Receipts derived from such Derivative Work after True-Cash Breakeven (the “[REDACTED] DX Xxxxx Receipts Amount”) against the Fixed Producer Fee; and (B) [REDACTED] of the Net Profits for such Derivative Picture as if such Derivative Picture were treated as a 3(b) Picture and after giving effect to crossing with other 3(b) Pictures.

  • User Fees You shall pay all fees specified in all Order Forms hereunder. Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, (i) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, (ii) fees are based on services purchased and not actual usage, (iii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, and (iv) the number of User Subscriptions purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term stated on the Order Form. User Subscription fees are based on monthly periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereof; therefore, fees for User Subscriptions added in the middle of a monthly period will be charged for that full monthly period and the monthly periods remaining in the subscription term.

  • Processing Fees Developer shall pay all Processing Fees for Ministerial Permits and Approvals in the amount in effect when such Ministerial Permit and Approvals are sought.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services.   • Utilization Fees For any day on which the aggregate amount of Loans then outstanding exceeds fifty percent (50%) of the Commitments then in effect, or if any Loans remain outstanding after the Commitments have been terminated, then Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the ratable account of the Lenders in accordance with their Percentages a utilization fee accruing at a rate per annum equal to the Utilization Fee Rate on the aggregate amount of Loans outstanding on such date. Such utilization fee is payable in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter and on the Termination Date, and if the Commitments are terminated in whole prior to the Termination Date, the fee for the period to but not including the date of such termination shall be paid in whole on the date of such termination.

  • Tuition Fees The Employer agrees to pay tuition fees for continuing education courses as follows: a) Employer initiated – 100% of course fees upon successful completion of course. b) Employee initiated – 50% of course fees upon successful completion. Courses must be employment-related and approved, in writing, by the Employer in advance.

  • Processing Fee At the time each Advance is made, Borrower shall pay to Lender the Processing Fee with respect to such Advance.

  • Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
