Product Limited Warranty. Acer warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Limited Warranty Period. During the Limited Warranty Period, Acer will, at its option: (i) provide replacement parts necessary to repair the Product; (ii) repair the Product or replace it with a comparable product; or (iii) refund the amount You paid for the Product, LESS DEPRECIATION, upon its return. Replacement parts and Products will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or Product and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or, if longer, 90 days after they are shipped to You.

Product Limited Warranty. 8.1. The Products are covered by the version of the FNA Limited Warranty that is posted on the FNA website (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx) as of the date of the Order Confirmation or provided with the Products, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Product Limited Warranty. AccuMed warrants for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the Products by SinoFresh, that Products sold hereunder shall, at the time of shipment to SinoFresh, conform to SinoFresh's standard Specifications and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship; provided that SinoFresh reports to AccuMed any obvious or visually observable defect in the Products or a failure of Product to meet Specifications set forth on Exhibit "A" within thirty five(35) days of the discovery of such defect.

Product Limited Warranty. 3.1 Seller warrants that Seller-branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of shipment or invoice or, if longer, the period of an extended service plan purchased separately from you.
Product Limited Warranty. Toshiba warrants that this product will, upon delivery be in new condition by Toshiba or an authorized Toshiba Dealer to a retail customer in new condition, be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days after delivery. This warranty is void (a) if the product is used under other than normal use and maintenance conditions, (b) if the maintenance as set forth in Toshiba maintenance literature is not performed, (c) if the product is modified or altered, unless the modification or alteration is expressly authorized by Toshiba, (d) if the product is subject to abuse, neglect or accident, (e) if the product is repaired by someone other than Toshiba or an authorized Toshiba Dealer, (f) if the serial number of the product is defaced or missing, or (g) if the customer uses non-Toshiba supplies and such supplies cause abnormal service calls or are unacceptable for use with the product or are defective. The sole obligation of Toshiba or Toshiba TEC Corporation under this warranty, or under any other legal obligation with respect to the product, is the repair or replacement by Toshiba or its authorized Dealer, with new or re-manufactured parts (at their option), of such defective or missing parts as are causing this malfunction. If Toshiba or one of its authorized Dealers does not replace or repair such parts, the retail customer’s sole remedy will be a refund of the selling price of such parts as are proven to be defective, and which are returned to Toshiba or one of its authorized Dealers within the warranty period. Under no circumstances will the retail customer or any user or Dealer or other person be entitled to any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Under no circumstances will any such person be entitled to any sum greater than the purchase price paid for the product. To obtain service under this warranty, the retail customer must bring the malfunction of the product to the attention of Toshiba or one of its authorized Dealers within the 90-Day period. Failure to bring the malfunction to Toshiba’ attention or to the attention of an authorized Toshiba Dealer within the prescribed time, results in the customer being not entitled to warranty service.
