Product Listing. Merchandising; Order Processing. We will enable you to list Your Products on the Amazon Site, and conduct merchandising and promote Your Products in accordance with the Agreement (including via the Amazon Associated Properties or any other functions, features, advertising, or programs on or in connection with the Amazon Site). We may use mechanisms that rate, or allow shoppers to rate, Your Products and your performance as a seller and Amazon may make these ratings and feedback publicly available. We will provide Order Information to you for each order of Your Products through the Amazon Site. We will also receive all Sales Proceeds on your behalf for each of these transactions and will have exclusive rights to do so, and will remit them to you in accordance with these Selling on Amazon Service Terms.
Product Listing. Once approved as a Vendor, the Vendor may list their wine products on the Masterwine Alliance's platform. The Vendor is responsible for providing accurate and up- to-date product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability.
Product Listing. A. Prepare listing of major mechanical equipment and materials for the project, within two (2) weeks of signing the Contract Documents and transmit to the Mechanical Engineer.
B. Unless otherwise specified, all materials and equipment shall be of domestic (USA) manufacture and shall be of the best quality used for the purpose in commercial practice.
C. Provide all information requested.
D. Submit this listing as a part of the submittal requirement specified in Division 1, "PRODUCTS AND SUBSTITUTION".
E. When two (2) or more items of same material or equipment are required (pumps, valves, air conditioning units, etc.) they shall be of the same manufacturer. Product manufacturer uniformity does not apply to raw materials, bulk materials, pipe, tube, fittings (except flangedand grooved types), sheet metal, wire, steel bar stock, welding rods, solder, fasteners, motors for dissimilar equipment units, and similar items used in work, except as otherwise indicated.
F. Provide products which are compatible within systems and other connected items.
Product Listing. You hereby agree to provide complete and accurate product information for each product that you list and offer on the Petspace Marketplace in accordance with the specifications of the Petspace Marketplace and in compliance with the Petspace Product and Listing Policy attached as Exhibit D. You agree that you will only list or sell to Petspace products that you own or control. If you operate an online marketplace, you may not list or sell to Petspace third party products that are listed on that marketplace (i.e., products that you do not either own or control). Nothing in this Agreement prohibits you from selling your products on your own or other online marketplaces, or from allowing third parties to sell their products on your own or other online marketplaces.
Product Listing. The offerors current product listing shall be used for informational purposes and will not be evaluated under the business proposal.
