3.2.3 Household and office equipment This Voluntary Agreement is limited to household and office equipment, meaning: Standard black & white (BW) format products with maximum speed < 66 A4 images per minute. Standard Colour format products with maximum speed < 51 A4 images per minute (Speed to be rounded to the nearest integer as prescribed in the ENERGY STAR® agreement). Other format products can be included in their reporting by individual Signatories on a voluntary basis but will not count for the target specified in 4.1 a).

Products sold outside of the group cannot make reference to the GLOBALGAP (EUREPGAP) certificate and all sales volumes must be reported to the group and the mass balance will indicate these sales.
(iii) The legal entity that places the certified product on the market must be the legal certificate holder.
