General Conduct. The BSC has specific policies governing conduct in the units, including, but not limited to, assault, harassment, sexual harassment, host, alcohol, party and substance abuse policies. Member agrees to read and abide by these policies. Failure to follow BSC conduct policies will lead to a range of sanctions up to and including termination of this contract and BSC membership.

General Conduct. All work on this timber sale shall be conducted in an orderly, workmanlike manner to the COUNTY's satisfaction. PURCHASER shall take particular care to avoid damage to reproduction and non-designated trees. PURCHASER shall not litter or damage the COUNTY's or a third party's premises and will repair, at PURCHASER's expense, any property including but not limited to ditches, fences, and roads when damaged or destroyed. The PURCHASER is expected to cooperate fully with the COUNTY's designated Timber Sale Contract Administrator. All applicable local, state and federal regulations regarding timber cutting, environmental protection, and safety shall be strictly observed. Failure of the COUNTY to enforce any provision of this contract shall not constitute a waiver or relinquishment by COUNTY of the right to such performance in the future, nor of the right to enforce any other provision of this contract. County makes no guarantee of estimated volumes, timber quality, or operating costs. In the event that the actual sale volume is less than the estimated sale volume, COUNTY will not provide substitute or replacement timber; and COUNTY will not cover expenses including actual expenses involved in acquiring and holding the contract, lost profits, replacement costs of timber, or any other consequential damage suffered by PURCHASER. This includes any reduction in sale volume due to compliance with any local, state or federal law, rule or regulation.

General Conduct. (a) Adult residents shall be responsible for the conduct of the members of their family, as well as that of their guests, and shall be held liable for any damage caused to the property of others or Community property. Children are to respect personal property of others as well as their lot boundaries. No resident (including children) is permitted to trespass on other resident’s lots or use resident’s lots as shortcuts through the Community unless invited to do so. Every resident is expected to conduct himself in a dignified and neighborly manner. Please be considerate of others.

General Conduct. 6.1 The Applicants undertake that each Applicant shall at all times:
General Conduct. All members of the BT community – faculty, staff, musicians, and students – are expected to contribute to a positive and productive learning environment and are expected to conduct themselves with respect and treat others with respect. Students are expected to show a consistent focus and commitment to their dance studies. Matters of student conduct must be in accordance with the NYC Department of Education’s Discipline Code. Conduct is a component of the “Work Habits” section in the Dance Assessment. Dismissal from Class A teacher may need to dismiss a student from dance class due to disorderly or disruptive conduct, including, but not limited to, failing to abide by the rules of the ballet studio, invading the space of others, or a violent outburst. A student who is dismissed from class meets with school directors and an “Incident Report” is filled out and saved in the student’s file. A phone call home or a conference with the student’s family occurs when deemed necessary by school administration, or when requested by a parent/guardian. School Property Students are expected to respect all school property including, but not limited to, dance studios, pianos, dressing rooms, lockers, hallways, and walls. Students are not permitted to use any video or sound equipment (including instruments) kept in the studios, nor are students permitted to be in the studios unsupervised. Eating and drinking in the studios and dressing rooms is prohibited, except for water. Personal Property Students are expected to respect the property of their fellow students. Matters of theft / destruction of student property will be addressed in accordance with the NYC Department of Education’s Discipline Code. Ballet Tech is not responsible for stolen property – 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students are expected to utilize the “lock-boxes” in the dressing rooms for any items of personal value. 7th and 8th grade students are provided with a dance locker in the 8th floor dressing rooms and are expected to use them accordingly. In addition, all middle school students have an academic locker. Cell Phones and Electronic Devices Cell phones and any other portable electronic devices may not be turned on or visible at any time during the school day. If a student’s phone is turned on or visible it will be confiscated by BT staff.
