PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REIMBURSEMENT. ‌ 181. Each employee in paid status shall receive quarterly payments as allowance for professional services expenses for FY 2019-2020 and FY 2020-2021, in the amount of $375 per quarter, less all applicable federal, state and local withholdings. In FY 2021- 2022, each employee in paid status shall receive quarterly payments as allowance for professional services expenses, in the amount of $400 per quarter, less all applicable federal, state and local withholdings. These payments will be made at the end of each quarter. These payments are provided in lieu of a Tuition Reimbursement Program.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REIMBURSEMENT. The Board will provide every year $450 per employee for medical services not reimbursed by health insurance, additional medical coverage not provided by the employer, or a tax shelter annuity contribution. At the option of the employee, one or more selections may include, but not be limited to the following: Long Term Care, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Financial Services, and a Vision Plan obtained by the employee. No eye exams or glasses, outside of any vision plan allowance, are included in this provision.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REIMBURSEMENT. The SUPERINTENDENT shall receive a “professional services” payment in the annual amount of Four Thousand Two Hundred ($4,200.00) Dollars, payable in equal bi-weekly installments, or such greater amount as the BOARD may approve for other DISTRICT central administrators. This stipend is provided by the BOARD in recognition of SUPERINTENDENT’S out-of-pocket expenses associated with participation in evening and weekend meetings, community activities, and responsibilities beyond the school year, as well as other non-reimbursed incidental expenses, said payment constituting full and complete compensation for such participation.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Other Professional Services We will provide you the various implementation-related services itemized in the Investment Summary and described in the Statement of Work.

  • Professional Services Warranty Kodak warrants that it shall perform Professional Services in a professional manner using appropriately skilled personnel in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and Kodak’s then current policies and procedures. Subject to the provisions of condition 16.1 Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under the warranty described in this condition shall be, at Kodak’s option, (1) re-performance of the non-conforming Professional Services, or (2) refund of the amount paid by Customer for the non-conforming Professional Services.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Professional Development Reimbursement Management will provide reimbursement for approved professional development expenses for Lieutenants and Sergeants. Funds may be used for the purpose of improving job performance, maintaining and increasing proficiency, preparing Lieutenants and Sergeants for greater responsibility, or increasing promotional opportunities. Management must approve of the specific professional development request in advance. Denial will require written notification to the requesting Lieutenant or Sergeant.

  • Provision of Professional Services We will provide any Professional Services set out in a relevant Order Form in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry practice and any relevant SOW. Where it is necessary for Us or Our Group to visit your sites in order to perform Professional Services you shall at no cost to Us or Our Group: (a) provide reasonable access to any relevant sites at times to be agreed; (b) inform Us of health and safety, and security policies applicable at the sites; (c) ensure the sites are safe;
