Professional Services; Training and Support. End User may request that Total-Tec provide certain professional services related to End User’s use of the Hosted Services, including, by way of example, training of End User personnel regarding use of the Hosted Services. However, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in a separate written agreement, Total-Tec shall have no obligation to provide or perform and such services for or on behalf of End User.
Professional Services; Training and Support. Customer may request that PeopleDoc provide certain Professional Services related to Customer’s use of the Services, including, by way of example, customization or training of Customer personnel. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in a separate Order Form and / or a statement of work, PeopleDoc will have no obligation to provide or perform such services for or on behalf of Customer.
Professional Services; Training and Support. During the Term, OS33 will provide Customer with updates and upgrades to the OS33 Products and Platform that OS33 makes generally available to all customers. Customer may request that OS33 provide certain additional Professional Services related to Customer’s use of the Services, including, by way of example, customization or additional training of Customer personnel (“Additional Services”). Any Additional Services will be described and priced in a separate Order Form.
Professional Services; Training and Support. Customer may request that KZO provide certain professional services related to Customer’s use of the KZO Application, including, by way of example, installation, configuration or customization of the KZO Application, training of Customer personnel regarding use of the KZO Application and/or maintenance or support of the KZO Application. However, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in a separate Addendum to this Agreement or in a separate written agreement, KZO shall have no obligation to provide or perform any such services for or on behalf of Customer.

Customer may request that Fiddler provide certain professional services related to Customer’s use of the Licensed Software, including, by way of example, configuration or customization of the Licensed Software, training of Customer personnel regarding use of the Licensed Software and/or provision of technical support related to the Licensed Software. However, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in a written agreement, Fiddler shall have no obligation to provide or perform and such services for or on behalf of Customer.
