PROGRAM AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Subject to the continuing availability of the State and /or federal funds, the DHS/ shall purchase the CONTRACTOR'S services and the CONTRACTOR shall . 1.2. The Appendix includes an approved budget.
1.3. The DEPARTMENT retains the unilateral right to require changes in the services, as long as the changes are within the general scope of work to be performed.
PROGRAM AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. 1.1. Subject to the continuing availability of State and/or federal funds, the DEPARTMENT shall fund GRANTEE’S services, in accordance with Section 10-1101 and 10-1102 of the Human Services Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as described in GRANTEE’s proposal. XXXXXXX’S proposal, which is attached as the Appendix, addresses XXXXXXX’s Healthy Aging project.
1.2. The Appendix includes an approved budget, which addresses Grantee’s indirect costs.
1.3. The DEPARTMENT retains the unilateral right to require changes in the services, as long as the changes are within the general scope of work to be performed.
PROGRAM AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Subject to the continuing availability of the State and /or federal funds, the DHR/CSA shall purchase the CONTRACTOR'S services and the CONTRACTOR shall Furnish all labor, supplies and equipment necessary to provide armed courier services to the DHR in strict conformance with the methods and conditions herein specified. These services include the pickup of bank deposits from the Baltimore City Circuit Court for delivery to a CSA contracted bank. There will be daily pickups and delivery of child support payments. Bank deposits must be made within 24 hours of pick up to a contracted bank to ensure accurate tracking of deposits. The Contractor will be paid based on per diem basis Monday through Friday only.. These services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the DHR/CSA’s Scope of Work, the CONTRACTOR’S proposal and budget dated , attached as the Appendix and incorporated as part of this Agreement.

Subject to the continuing availability of federal funds, the DEPARTMENT shall purchase GRANTEE’S services as described in the Grantee’s Application to the DEPARTMENT for Maryland’s Project To Increase Food Supplement Program (FSP) Customers’ Access To Farmers Markets and Project Information and Funding Guidelines, attached hereto as Attachments A and B, respectively. The following additional documents are attached hereto and incorporated herein:

These services include the pickup of bank deposits from the Xxxx Arundel County Office of Child Support Enforcement for delivery to a AACO contracted bank. There will be daily pickups and delivery of child support payments. Bank deposits must be made within 24 hours of pick up to a contracted bank to ensure accurate tracking of deposits. The Contractor will be paid based on per diem basis Monday through Friday only.. These services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the DHR/AACO’s Scope of Work, the CONTRACTOR’S proposal and budget dated , attached as the Appendix and incorporated as part of this Agreement.
PROGRAM AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. 1.1. The specific services to be provided by Howard County Office on Aging under this Memorandum of Understanding are as follows:
1.1.1. Howard County Office on Aging will pilot an Aging and Disability Resource Center program, hereafter known as “Maryland Access Point,” that will provide information and assistance to both public- and private-pay individuals and include both public and private programs in its information and assistance functions.
1.1.2. Howard County Office on Aging will meaningfully involve stakeholders in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of their Resource Center program.
1.1.3. Howard County Office on Aging will establish an Advisory Board to assist in the development and implementation of its Resource Center program, which will advise Howard County on the design and operations of the Resource Center Program, stakeholder input, Howard County’s progress toward achieving the goal and vision described in the FY 2003 Program Announcement, and other program and policy development issues related to Howard County’s Resource Center program.
PROGRAM AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Subject to the continuing availability of the State and /or federal funds, the DHS/MOCOCS shall purchase the CONTRACTOR'S services and the CONTRACTOR shall provide data that will aid in the location of custodial and non- custodial parents for the establishment of paternity and enforcement of support orders. These services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the DHS/MOCOCS’s Scope of Work, the CONTRACTOR’S proposal and budget dated , attached as the Appendix and incorporated as part of this Agreement.
PROGRAM AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Subject to the continuing availability of the State and /or federal funds, the DHR/CCDSS shall purchase the CONTRACTOR'S services and the CONTRACTOR shall provide mental health services. These services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the DHR/CCDSS’s Scope of Work, the CONTRACTOR’S proposal and budget dated , attached as the Appendix and incorporated as part of this Agreement.
