Program Direction Clause Samples
The Program Direction clause establishes the authority and procedures for overseeing and guiding the execution of a project or program. Typically, it designates a specific individual or entity—such as a program manager or client representative—who is responsible for issuing instructions, clarifying requirements, and making key decisions related to the program's progress. This clause ensures that there is a clear line of communication and decision-making, helping to prevent confusion, streamline operations, and resolve ambiguities during the course of the program.
